How is my luggage collected and returned?
Your deliver(wo)man will come to meet you, and all you have to do is hand over or collect your luggage in return for an electronic signature.You can also track your baggage throughout the service thanks to our tracking system. Your deliver(wo)man will hand over your baggage in person or to a third party designated by you, in return for an electronic signature.

We deliver your luggage within 24 hours in metropolitan France, except in special cases. For international deliveries, we will do our utmost to meet your expectations.

Yes, we follow strict security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of your baggage throughout the collection, transport and delivery process.

Our luggage and third-party liability insurance is included in the price of all our services and for each item of luggage taken in charge.
