It all began during a trip to Japan, between Tokyo and Kyoto. There, we discovered a luggage delivery service that allowed travellers to move around freely, without carrying their suitcases.
This experience soon inspired a simple idea: why was a service like this not yet available in France?
This observation led to the creation of Deliverbag in 2017.

At Deliverbag, we believe it is possible to make travel easier while limiting our environmental impact. That is why we favour responsible transport solutions.
We also support local initiatives with a positive impact and continue to develop our practices to provide an increasingly sustainable service.
The EVC project aims to strengthen the links between sport and wine in Bordeaux. For every point scored by UBB at home, 10 trees are planted in the Bordeaux vineyards. This initiative helps preserve the soil while supporting carbon storage and biodiversity.
For deliveries within the same city, we offer our customers the option of transferring their luggage using electric vehicles. This helps reduce the carbon footprint of transport.
For deliveries within the same city, we favour electric vehicles to reduce the carbon footprint of transport. Most of our work is also carried out on foot by our deliver(wo)men. Luggage is therefore transported over short distances without using vehicles, further limiting our environmental impact.
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact. That is why we arrange one-way inter-city transfers when the return journey would otherwise be empty, limiting unnecessary travel.
