It all began during a trip to Japan, between the bustling cities of Tokyo and Kyoto.What was supposed to be a simple tourist getaway turned into a logistical revelation. There, we discovered a service that radically changed the way we travel : the takkyubin, a system of luggage delivery which allows travellers to move freely, without having to carry their suitcases or bags.
Back in France, one thing became clear : why didn't this type of service exist in our country ?
In 2017, we decided to create Deliverbag with a clear ambition : to offer a simple, reliable and secure luggage transport solution for professionals and groups.

The EVC project aims to strengthen the links between sport and wine in Bordeaux: every point scored by UBB at home results in 10 trees being planted in the Bordeaux vineyards! Among other things, this helps to structure the soil in the vineyards, store carbon and promote biodiversity.
For deliveries within the same city, we offer our customers the option of transferring their luggage using electric vehicles in order to reduce the carbon footprint of transport.
Most of our workload is handled by our deliver (wo)men on foot, allowing us to transport luggage over short distances without using vehicles.
To limit our travel and therefore our impact, we operate one-way inter-city transfers if the return journey has to be made empty.
